Mackenzie and I spent the day with some friends at Park Lake.It's a little man made lake right in the middle of farm land just NW of Lethbridge. We all brought lunch and lots of treats for the kids. It was a wonderful day!
As we were watching the kids play in the lake, Kenzie decided that she wanted to be one of the big kids and just keep walking deeper into the water. My friend looked at me and said "you better get ready to run". I carefully watched her for a few more seconds and then broke into a sprint. I grabbed her just as she was going under. One day she'll be an olympic swimmer just not today!!!
