THE BEDROOM DISASTER!!! A MILD CASE OF HOARDING!!!

This is what it looked like before!!! She was having some separation anxiety from ALL her possesions and insisted that they sleep with her. I know it was my fault seeing as we will be moving in the fall and I'm sure she thought all her things were going to stay with the house. Poor thing!!

Most nights she slept with me because she couldn't even get into her bed. The other morning she woke up and found me in the kitchen and said to me "mom, I want to clean my room will you help me"? We spent 2 hours that morning cleaning and organizing her room! Mom's prayers really do work!!!

FLAMES FAN OR JERSEY DAY AT SCHOOL?
Kenzie had jersey day at school not to long ago. She looks more like a hockey player than she does a fan!!

KENZIE'S 4TH BIRTHDAY

My friend Stephanie played What Time is it Mister Wolf with the kids. You needed ear plugs from all the squeals of terrified little girls!

I can't believe she's 4!!!

Valentine's Day Run
Im currently enrolled in a 10 mile running clinic at The Running Room. We do our "Long-Slow-Distance" run on Sundays and since that it occurs on Valentines Day this year, they had an interesting idea: all persons that were able to show up for the run this day were asked to "wear red if they were taken and in a relationship" or "wear pink if you were looking and available".
Since I dont own too many red clothing items, my "crafty" wife Karla, decorated one of my toques for me! It was a great day for a 10k, and I swear that Im sure the hearts on my hat made me run faster :)
Group picture of all attendees of this past Sunday's run and their V-Day attire. PS: Way to look "manly" guys! Yes, "Pink is the new Black".

RESOLUTION RUN 5K 2009
With all the layering I had to do, I ended up looking a cross between Spiderman and a Stalker

This year, there was a complete registration of 210 participants for the event. It was stressed that this wasn't a serious competitive running event, but a fun event enjoyed by running enthusiasts of all types
I had a lot of fun running in this event. I started at the rear of the pack for the beginning of the race and finished somewhere in the top 1/4 of participants. My time was 32.20 which I definitely could have improved upon, with a more structured start and better trail conditions.
